Do I need to buy new cards?
No. If your NFC card can be programmed with a web address, you can use your NudgeTag page link. Make sure any printed QR code points to the same destination or can be updated through your card supplier.
When am I charged again?
After your $1 first monthly billing period, software renews automatically at $9.99/month. With FREENFC2, the first two monthly periods are free, and $9.99/month starts in month three. Your billing portal shows renewal and cancellation details.
Does every card need a subscription?
No. Multiple cards, stands and QR codes can point to the same business page. This plan includes one published business page. Contact us if you need more locations.
Can I cancel?
Yes. In your dashboard, open Subscription & billing, then Manage billing. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Your current period stays available until it ends.
Is email and SMS marketing included?
Your CRM and CSV exports are included. Sending marketing emails and SMS from NudgeTag is not currently included. You can export permission records for your existing tools.
